the quieter you are

Sometimes, I walk around school and look at all the faces that pass by me and wonder how they’re feeling. Do they really mean that smile on their face and are they really as happy as they make themselves appear? I wonder what goes on in everyone’s mind and I wonder who they really are when no one’s watching. I think we’d all be nicer to each other if, every once in a while, we would remember that people actually do have feelings! Wow, shocker huh? Because we throw around words and spit them on people’s faces like nothing! Words do have power and words do hurt sometimes even more than a punch in the face.

God is good. And by good, I mean GOOD. Circumstances, situations, financial difficulties, people, feelings, emotions don’t regulate the nature of God. Don’t let these things dictate what God is and isn’t. Truth prevails.

God, I’m so tired…….

I hate telling people my problems because no one ever has any solutions. And people suck at listening.

But on the other hand, God is like the greatest listener ever. I don’t need y’all.

The small things…

So my uncle and aunt from Korea came to my house to have dinner today. There’s something I noticed as they were leaving. They’ve been married for about 45 years? And my uncle still opens the car door for my aunt.

What. A. Freaking. Gentleman.

Yeah, I give up trying to write like super deep posts about my life and what goes on in my head because words can only express so much. There is no way a simple text post consisting of words and jumbles of letters is able to capture my lifeeeee. This post was an excuse to take a break from homework. But pardon me, I need to get back to work.

Crazy crazy crazy night.

God knows how to have fun ;) God will never throw you to the curb. People might get sick and tired and give up on you, but God never gives up. Idk, tonight was just crazy. Jesus just loves to party and he wants to lay down with us and roll around on the ground with us and sing with us and laugh with us and jump up and down with us and even just wants to sit in silence with us. He is so good good good and His will for all of his children is so perfect and good. A lot of the time, I don’t understand how anyone can be so good and loving and genuine and sincere… But God is so patient with me when I don’t understand. Peace beyond all understand :D woohoo, goodnight world!!
